To ensure a smooth registration process, please have the following ready:

✔A list of preferred classes, ranked by priority in case some fill up.
✔Your Guildara login information.

✔If signing up through a school district partnership:

·       Know which school district your student resides in.

·       Have your student’s school ID number ready.

‍

✔If registering as a student not living within the boundary of one of our partner districts:

·       Register for an available spot on either district section and have a credit card available for payment.

The Children’s Museum of Eau Claire has partnership agreements with:

·       EauClaire Area School District (ECASD)

·       SchoolDistrict of Altoona (SDA)

·       Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District (CFAUSD)

Each district has a limited number of seats reserved for students. If you register under the wrong district, we will need to correct it. If seats in the correct district are already full, your student will be placed on that district’s waitlist.

💡If you’re unsure, please contact your district before registering.

If your student is not in ECASD, SDA, or CFAUSD, register and indicate that you live outside of the district.

Cost: $75 per class, per student.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel after paying for a class, please refer to the policy listed during registration.
